You must be at least 18 years of age to register and purchase tickets for The Revolve Tour (“Event”) presented by Women of Faith, Inc. (“Presenter”) and there must be at least one (1) adult sponsor (“Sponsor”) for every 10 individuals under the age of 18 registered to attend an Event (individually and collectively “Registrant”) and each group of 10 Registrants must be accompanied by a Sponsor.

By registering individuals for the event, Sponsor hereby certifies that Sponsor is authorized on behalf of the parents or legal guardians of the Registrant to agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with this registration:

The Sponsor acknowledges that the Event will be video and audio taped and that Registrants may be filmed as part of the audience and that by completing this registration, you are granting permission for each Registrant to be videotaped for commercial purposes and agree to the following: being filmed, videotaped, audio taped or photographed by any means; full use of Registrant’s likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waiving all rights of privacy during the videotaping or filming and release Presenter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from liability for loss, damage or compensation for the use of Registrant’s likeness, voice and words; compliance with all rules and regulations of the Event.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, and to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Presenter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries and damages in any way connected with the Event. You understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying you at the Event.
