What is The Revolve Tour: All Access?
All Access is a Friday night – Saturday (7:00 - 9:00 pm on Friday and 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday) event designed with 6th through 12th grade girls in mind. This 2008/2009 event is all-new; brought to you by The Revolve Tour, helping girls learn about life, love, and God since 2005.

Who should come to All Access?
The event deals with issues facing teen (6th – 12th grade) girls. However, many college age girls have written to tell us how much the event meant to them, as well. Youth group leaders and parents are also encouraged to come. Each group is required to bring one adult sponsor for every 10 teens.

What topics will you cover?
Revolve uses music, drama, personal stories, videos and other creative avenues to address issues relevant to teenage girls today, including relationships with friends and family, body image and self esteem, relationships with guys, and faith in God.

What’s the ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ plan?
It’s a program that allows groups (minimum of 20) to secure their places at the Tour at the Early Bird Price, but wait to pay until 8 weeks before the event date. You’ll find a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ contract in the back of this Guide.

When is the Early Bird Deadline?
The deadline is 8 weeks before the event. After this date, prices for both individuals and groups will increase. A complete list of deadlines may be found at revolvetour.com.

Once I’ve reserved my group’s seats, can I add more later?
Yes! You may continue to purchase tickets until we are sold out. However, later additions may not be seated in the same section as the original group. Also, in order to receive the same group discount, each addition must be registered under the same account name.

What if I don’t sell all my tickets?
If you find that you are unable to sell all the tickets you’ve reserved, please consider it an opportunity to bless a teen girl who would not otherwise have been able to attend. No cancellations, refunds, transfers or exchanges will be given for unused tickets.

Should we come early to get good seats?
No, all seats are assigned prior to the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups should purchase all tickets at the same time in order to sit together.

If I can only make it to part of the event will there be a discount?
No, we do not offer partial attendance discounts.

1. Most arenas do NOT allow outside food or drinks into their facility. (Some accommodation can usually be made for medical reasons; contact the arena directly for more information.)
   
   
2. For security reasons, there is a “No Re-entry” policy at Revolve Tour events. This means that if you leave the arena for any reason — including lunch — you will not be allowed back in.

Can parents come to Revolve?
Of course! Moms, dads, aunts, uncles . . . they’re all welcome at Revolve. Please keep in mind that the Tour is an event for teen girls and is not a parent/daughter event. We suggest that if a mom or dad wants to come that he/she consider bringing a group of their daughter’s friends along.

When will I get my registration information?
Approximately 2 - 3 weeks before the event.
