If your dad is America’s leading inspirational author and the “Best Preacher in America” according to Reader’s Digest, does that mean that life at your house is perfect? Or . . . not so much? Jenna Lucado was born in Brazil (where her parents were missionaries) and grew up as a preacher’s kid in San Antonio, Texas. Meanwhile, her dad Max was preaching at Oak Hills Church and writing books on Christian living that made the Publishers Weekly, USA Today and New York Times bestseller lists. Jenna grew up, graduated from Abilene Christian University, and moved to Nashville before returning to
San Antonio to work with high school girls at a private school.
Max is still preaching and writing best-selling books. The rest of the Lucado family includes mom Denalyn and younger sisters Andrea and Sara.
Max will appear by video in St. Louis, Sacramento, Philadelphia,
Minneapolis, Charlotte and Denver
