KJ-52 (five two) says, “I am just a kid who grew up in south Florida who loves hip-hop and wants to share my heart with anyone who will listen.”  Looks like a lot of people are listening!  KJ was voted favorite hip-hop artist in the last two CCM reader’s polls. He’s won three Dove Awards for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (2004-2006).

KJ has become one of the most trusted names in music as a songwriter, producer, minister, and comic poet.  That’s pretty good for someone who’s an unabashed follower of Christ, white, AND a rapper ― a rare combination, to say the least.  His new project is The Yearbook, a collection of KJ’s best instrumentation, beats, rhymes, and melodies to date.
